Subject to seat availability of the class, we may allow students to join in our classes when lessons are held from January onwards. Do take note that we do not have lessons during the Nov & Dec school holiday.

Alternatively, your child may join our workshops conducting during school holidays to try out our lessons.

As the speed & coverage of each class may differ, since we pace our lessons based on the needs of our students, your child may follow-up the missed lesson by watching the lesson recorded video. This is to ensure your child’s learning is scaffolded properly and also to avoid creating learning gaps.

Yes, all students in the class will be given the online login details. Hence, if your child is unable to attend our lessons at the tuition centre, your child may join us via online on the same day and time.

For safety reasons, please drop a whatsapp message to your child’s tutor before the lesson.

We understand that sometimes your child’s class may clash with school programmes or families shift to a different housing estate.

Subject to the seat availability of the your preferred class, you may request to transfer your child to another class permanently. We do not allow temporary transfer except if there is a valid reason.

The average tutor-student ratio is about 1:5 to 1:8.

For classes conducted by Mr Nizam & Mdm Ashlinda, the average tutor-student ratio is about 1:8 to 1:10.

For our Math & Science ICU classes, the average tutor-student ratio is strictly up to 1:4.

Our tuition fees will be pro-rated based on the number of lessons scheduled for the month, as per our Tuition Calendar. An itemised invoice will be emailed to parents.
